Welcome! As what must come as a shocking surprise to the entire 3 people that visit this site, I've completely redone it! I just couldn't take dealing with the crap Microsoft Publisher generated any longer. So, I downloaded an open source template (hey, I'm still not good at color schemes / general layouts / etc) and went at it for a while with vi. This is what I ended up with, for better or worse. The content by and large is the same as what was on the old site. But, it looks a lot better (at least to me) and what's under the hood is unquestionably better. Enjoy!
